Returns
Returns are only accepted at our Nallalam, Calicut office.
Products must be brought in person within 14 days of the purchase date.
We do not offer free returns or return shipping.
The item must be in its original, pristine condition, exactly as received, unused and undamaged.
Original packaging, tags (if any), and proof of purchase are mandatory.
Please note: Products showing signs of use, damage, wear, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 2 weeks of purchase.
Exchanges can be made at:
Wrappiness Store, Cherooty Road, Calicut
Nallalam Store, Calicut
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Items must be in unused, original, and resalable condition.

Returns are not accepted at the Wrappiness (Cherooty Road) store — returns are strictly limited to the Nallalam office only.
Any item purchased as part of a promotion, sale, or clearance may be non-returnable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed as per our internal verification and original payment method.
